Beyond these attractions, ASEAN is also a region where people work hard, build thriving communities and businesses, and often navigate working lives happily with incomes considerably lower than those in developed economies. What can we learn from the people-management practices behind this hidden charm of the world?
We want to leverage insider perspectives from ASEAN to explore the “how” of people management in these distinctive contexts, and what they can teach us about HRM more broadly.
