Facilitator: Dr Matthew Xerri, Senior Lecturer, Griffith University
Date: 24th February, 2022
Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is a powerful quantitative analytical technique that allows you to use a single simultaneous model to test multiple interactions between complex variables. In this session, Dr Matthew Xerri provides a personal introduction to the concepts and practice of SEM in a setting suitable for anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics, but limited-to-no knowledge of SEM. At the end of this session, participants will have a more nuanced understanding of the when, why and how of using (and publishing) SEM within the management discipline.
