The Melbourne Business School invites applications for an open-rank position located within the Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management area.

The Melbourne Business School invites applications for an open-rank position located within the Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management area. Visiting faculty members at the Melbourne Business School are expected to have a PhD.

The successful Fellow will teach the core Managing People subject, and may also teach Negotiations.  We expect the Fellow will have a demonstrated ability to teach postgraduate students to a high standard.   The Fellowship can be held for 6 or 12 months, and workload will be commensurate with the term of the appointment.
