ANZAM is the primary professional body for management educators, researchers and practitioners in Australia and New Zealand with individual and institutional (University) members across the region, as well as members from other countries. ANZAM is a Not-for-Profit membership organisation.
ANZAM is seeking an Academy Manager to manage the Academy office, based at QUT Gardens Point Campus, Brisbane. It is anticipated that the successful applicant will commence on or around Monday 17 May 2021. Consideration may be given to an applicant who wishes to work remotely. The appointee will be responsible for managing membership services, supporting ANZAM activities initiated by the President and Board members, organising all ANZAM meetings, assisting with its annual Conference activities, publishing ANZAM newsletters, and maintaining the ANZAM website. The Academy Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Academy. The President and other Board members are elected members and membership changes regularly. In the future, some travel may be required in the role.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines, while also maintaining strong communication links with Board members across Australia and New Zealand. From time to time this may mean working outside normal business hours.
Salary: $87,710 + 10% Superannuation
