PhD Project/Scholarship – Volunteer Leadership: University of Tasmania

Using case-studies from Tasmania and afield, PhD candidates will address questions such as; what benefits/value does volunteering provide? What are the underlying psychological motivations for volunteering? What does good volunteer leadership look like? And, how can volunteer leadership be developed for maximum benefit?

There is a living allowance scholarship of $28,092pa (2020 rate) for this project for 3.5 years with no extension, that will be considered for an outstanding domestic applicant.
