Human Resource Management – Special Issue: Setting a new table, not just sitting at the table: HRM leading the transformation towards sustainability

The aim of this special issue is to bring together theoretical and empirical
advancements in relation to HRM change leadership role in understanding and addressing
sustainability challenges. We seek both theoretical and empirical papers, as well as literature reviews and meta-analyses, including interdisciplinary and intersectoral research.
