Research Scholarship – Unpacking the hospitality product: a ‘greenfield’ case study – University of Tasmania

No deadline

Within the general area of marketing/consumer behaviour this research project will be investigating the relative significance of various aspects of the delivered ‘hospitality’ product within the context of a new, ‘greenfield’ hotel development—the yet to be opened MACQ 01 Hotel—in Hobart, Tasmania. We are looking for a PhD candidate who can contribute to this project by using qualitative (and some quantitative) methods to investigate the perceived significance of such areas as: cultural heritage interpretation, service quality, sense of place, localisation of food and beverage, etc..
