ANZAM Constitution

ANZAM has a formal Constitution which provides the framework for the academy's activities. There are 6 main sections of the Constitution as follows:

  1. Incorporated Powers and Objects
  2. Academy Membership
  3. Officers and Executive
  4. General Meeting
  5. Financial Accounting and Auditing
  6. Other Provisions

The ANZAM Constitution is reviewed and updated as required on a regular basis - with amendments being approved at the Annual General Meeting or a Special General Meeting.
